Endlessly, I followed the caravan that had saved my life. We journeyed eastward, traversing the parched land until a fairly prosperous city emerged on the horizon. Altinova, a city perched on the border between east and west, stood in stark contrast to Grána. In a frenzy, I helped the merchants load their goods, preparing for our departure to Valencia.

"Oh divine one, is this also thy will?
What can I possibly do for thee in that desert?"

Countless times, I called out to Hadum in my mind, but no response came. Once more, I readied myself alongside the traders, and we set off across the desert to Valencia.
