The Black Spirit says talk to Gorgath, the rightful owner of the alchemy pouch found near the Gabino Farm.
You can proceed with this quest by entering into the well that takes you to the Magnus' shining Abyssal Altar, then go to [Activate] Only Thing That Matters.
