Stone Statue II: Husband Who Crossed the Sea

The traveler told everything that they learned
to the woman and decided to go in search of her husband.
Holding back tears, the wife turned to the traveler and said,

"I-If my husband is no longer of this world...
Please offer up a cup of makgeolli for him... It was his favorite drink..."

The traveler went to Ravikel in Oquilla's Eye
and inquired as to what exactly happened that day.
Ravikel says that they found a man amid the shattered boat planks.

Though it was an incredibly dangerous situation,
he'd sent the man on a boat bound for Balenos
because there wasn't anything he could do for him here.
He never heard news from the man again.

The traveler then headed to Igor Bartali to ask if he'd seen
a man on a boat, and he said he had!
However, the situation that Igor Bartali explained wasn't promising.
The man had been exposed to the black rock for too long and was in a critical state.

Alustin and the villagers had tried their best to save the man,
but to no avail, and the man passed from this world.
Though it had all gone by so quickly, his said heart sinks
every time he thinks of that day. He then guided the traveler to where the man was buried.
