[O'dyllita] Breath of Narcion

Description

Orkalis the Verti Blacksmith says Tunta's Seed is the third material that forms the Gem of Imbalance. He says that the Turos might be able to tell you more about the seed but they're currently inflicted with pain of unknown origin. Narcion's Elixir will be the key to help ease their pain which will also bring about their trust. Hunt the wild animals blessed by Narcion to collect the breath of Narcion and take them to Circa the Verti Negotiator.
