[Miniature Elephant] Permit from the Merchant Guild

Description

According to Shakatu, only adventurers who have proven their contribution to the Shakatu Merchants can acquire permission to raise additional miniature elephants. Shakatu asked you to wipe out the Gahaz Bandits to prove yourself. Give Gahaz Seal x1,200 and Gold Bar 100G x2 to Shakatu to receive permission to rear additional miniature elephants.
