Find Mevo Muranan of Mediah and hand over your Armor of Sealed Magical Power to receive a Freed Magical Armor.

※ Caution: Be sure to remove any crystals that were transfused into the item before handing it over, otherwise you will lose the crystals.

※ Freed Magical Armor can be exchanged for better gear through the quest Magic Armor Exchange IV, which can be accepted after completing the Black Spirit Quest Six Steps for Personal Growth VI.

※ Caution: If this character's Freed Magical Armor is thrown away, the character will not be able make an exchange for better gear through the quest Magic Armor Exchange IV.
