[Kamasylvia] Black Footprint of the Ahib

Description

Lucielle Monet says that even though many years have passed since the Blackstar dropped in the north, the gray fog and the white ash remains permeating the air. She seems certain that it's part of the Ahib's doing. She refused to allow you to enter, saying they don't need Calpheon's aid. It seems Ophelia Einel arrived here ahead of you. Let's go meet with her.
