Illen Raige has seen the Fugitive Khalk, who is on the run between Calpheon an Mediah, and people say that no one can catch him. Catch Khalk, obtain his horn, and come back to Illen Raige.

※ You need to have a Matchlock and a Butcher Knife to complete this quest.
※ Fugitive Khalk should be hunted by horseback Hunting. Equip a Matchlock and ride the horse to enter horseback Hunting mode.
※ It is easier to catch Fugitive Khalk as a group with other adventurers, rather than trying on your own.
※ Fugitive Khalk appears in random places during certain hours. You can check and see if Fugitive Khalk has appeared in the server through the [Hunt] icon located on the upper right corner of your screen.
