My dear Islin, please forgive me for this. I left my beloved village and headed towards the East. The foreign environment and the scent of fresh grass kindled my adventurous spirit. Although, I was already quite exhausted by then.

I should look for a place to rest. Carrying on in this state will only make my feet heavier... Just as I thought, there I saw a cave that looked as if it was inviting me to come inside and rest. I went inside and as I was lighting fire to dry my clothes...

I saw bloodstained clothes scattered around me, and an ornament studded with jewels beneath the feet of a deceased man. I searched the surrounding area and found a piece of the man's journal clutched in his hand. He must have held on to it as he took his last breath. He wrote that he was ambushed by bandits on his way to see his mother with a gift...

What an unfortunate event. I promised myself to grant him his final wish. So I found two jewels, one near the rocky shores of Mediah and the other at the corrupted canyon. The rest was obtained near the Kamasylve Temple.
