Kurio teaches you about drying fish as a way to preserve them for a long time.

Dry one of these green-grade fish you can catch at Olvia Academy (Catfish, Crucian Carp, Soho Bitterling, Rosy Bitterling, Bluegill) then bring it to Kurio.

※ Open the Processing window ([Processing]) and select Drying.
