※ Interact with the sign next to the Shellfolk Soldier near the Velia Storage Keeper to be guided to the Sea Palace.
※ If you do not receive the Sea Palace knowledge upon arrival, talk to <Shellfolk Captain> Durong.
Objective
- Investigate the sign by the Sea Palace soldiers at Velia
- Follow the guide to the Sea Palace and obtain its knowledge (Refer to the quest summary if you haven't learned the Sea Palace knowledge)
