Meyers, the gang boss at Bronte's Bolt, has heard rumors concerning rare Rough Jade. He's also heard rumors that Rough Jade is being mined at Jade Starlight Forest, but he highly doubts that is true. Go dig up some Rough Jade yourself and prove he-of-little-faith Meyers there is Jade to be mined.
