My name is Deve.

I'm embarrassed to say this about myself, but I'm an all-rounder with both smarts and looks.

It's already been a year since I left my hometown, tired of the repetitive everyday life. I walked and walked for days until I reached a land called Mediah.

The lawless city was perfect for a lad like me.

I was exploring the city when someone bumped into my shoulder and fell to the ground. He was carrying a handful of ores which all scattered as he fell.

His name was Tulem. He said he left his hometown to become a blacksmith.
