Complete the Awakening or Succession questline.

From Lv. 56, you can start the Succession or Awakening questline in the Black Spirit's Main quest tab. Archer and Shai only have Ascension and Talent questlines, respectively. Completing these questlines will allow you to learn exclusive skills.

You can find the questline under the Main tab in the Quests window.
