The Secret Room's Strange End

Description

At the end of Patrigio's hallway, with its elaborate decorations, stood an equally fancy door opening to a shabby tunnel. The groaning of the battered wooden boards were drowned out by the sound of waves hitting against the columnar joints.

What is this tunnel? A secret passage out of the nest? Or a secret way for Patrigio to head out to the mainland at night to manage his secret shops?
