A general goods vendor in Hanji County. He thought of the crisis in Hanji County as the perfect opportunity to make good profit and so brought goods from Nampo. On his way to Hanji County, the Seoryeon Corps rescued him from the attacks of the Bamboo Legion. Ever since, he has admired the warriors of the Seoryeon Corps.
