As an admirer of adventure and voyage, Si Yunchae joined the Ratt Delegation.

Every adventurer who visited Nampo becomes his idol. He's always wanted to become a sailor, and was the first to raise his hand when he heard of the Ratt Delegation. He was also relieved that Si Huram, his twin sister, decided to join him as well.
