Conductor of the Crioniak Military Band. Used to be a high priest, and boasts coming from a famous line of Otters. While possessing skills of the top 1%, the very existence of Maestio has torn his confidence to shreds.

He is a genius envious of other geniuses who are more intelligent than he is, thus his resentment grows worse day by day.
