Description

Many people think Rhutums can't use magic. One adventurer met a Rhutum Elite Wizard and sneered at him when it tried to hit him with its staff. At the end of the story though, he said he didn't have any other choice but to run away once the Wizard managed to keep a certain distance away from him.
