Description

The owner of Dancing Marlin Tavern, which is right next to Velia's newly expanded wharf.

He is the older brother of Croix the wharf manager and has the opposite personality of his reserved and quiet brother. He is constantly drinking and reminiscing about his days as the First Mate of the Marlin, when he was also known as the Speedy Marlin.

Since he is retired from sailing, Chief Igor Bartali asked him to return to Velia to help out all the adventurers Igor hopes will be drawn to the new wharf.
