Naderr Frame

Description

Although Tarif is not well-known to outsiders, the "Talking Frame" unique to this town is famous among adventurers. The figure in the frame's portrait has an identity and talks. It is not known how this frame was made. Some say there's a human soul trapped inside, and others say that sorcerers enchanted the frame.

Allan Serbin and Ekta, the figures in the portrait, and the villagers of Tarif written about in the "Book of Cartian" are the only ones who know the secret behind the frame.
