Mister Turt

Description

Although he does not hold an official government position, he is called Mister Turt by those around him because of his humble nature and slow, solemn way of talking. He seems to be uncomfortable with the "Mister" title himself. While it may seem an unlikely pairing, he is friends with Miss Myo, and often visits her with snacks to enjoy with drinks.
