Military Supply Pact

Description

Chief Durgeff of Drieghan and the Duvencrune Elders Council have decided to prepare for battle against the Dragon. Since Drieghan is a community driven society, they decided to collect a small amount of military supplies from the villagers and merchants. Some, however, seem to be against this decision.
