The third prince of Valencia's royal family, the Nessers.

Manmehan has interest for little other than astronomy. He is individualistic and dislikes politics, but is inclined to obey his father King Sahazad, whom he shares a strong bond with. He still hasn't met his betrothed, Ganin Arth, and has openly stated that he doesn't care who he ends up marrying.
