Laya Basin (previously Tower of Will)

Description

This basin traps the hot wind of the desert and, as a result, various kinds of energy from surrounding regions gathers here. This made it a popular research location for alchemists and wizards. However, researchers eventually tapped into something they shouldn't have during an experiment, and an evil energy trapped in this area was released.

Now only the spirits of the desert, twisted creatures, and the wind itself roam this place. The Kingdom of Valencia designated it a restricted area, and all experiments going against the laws of nature were also strictly forbidden throughout the kingdom.
