Description

Latro is an Otter who constantly boasts about his abilities. He comes from Splashing Point and ended up in Sarma Outpost searching for missing companions who disappeared while on a trade voyage. He heard the news that three Otters were captured by the Sausans, and is staying at Sarma Outpost while he tries to determine the identity of these prisoners.
