Lake Sefirah - Downstream

Description

As one approaches Ulukita's heart, water's value skyrockets. Lake Sefirah cascades down Muzgar's rugged cliffs, flowing from its pristine upstream to its downstream.

While the upstream water is arguably Ulukita's purest, the challenge arises downstream in Muzgar where the water becomes tainted due to embedded Black Stones.

Capitalizing on this, the Shen Merchant Guild oversees the upstream's crystal-clear waters, extracting "lake management fees" from Muzgar's inhabitants. Concurrently, they're diligently mining the downstream for even the tiniest Black Stone crystals.
