Description

I've engaged in several mock battles with Cetus and Monoceros, but I feel a new weapon is needed to support these two. A weapon that can oversee the entire battlefield, provide support, and manage forces.

And if it could harness the power extracted from the heart of civilization to empower all other weapons in the vicinity, then we would be onto something truly monumental indeed. - Vaha
