A wharf manager of Asparkan Fort.

Konyon loves water but is also afraid of it. So he cannot get on a ship even though he wants to go out to sea. However, he always dreams of leaving this wharf and heading to the ocean, while welcoming and seeing off the boats that come and go to the wharf.
