Kim Dol is a discerning merchant on Yukjo Street, known for picking out only the sweetest fruit. She greets her customers with a calm, tidy air, but when it comes to quality, she is meticulous and exacting. Gongchil at the next stall is a minor bother with his constant sideways glances, yet she cannot help but feel the warmth in the rough pouch of mushrooms he presses into her hands.
