After learning about art from Leordo Dias to draw his Cap'n, Kakuo started drawing the people who visit Splashing Point, with his dream of turning Splashing Point into Doodleton Point. Kakuo's paw-doodles are not his "Otter" best, but you cannot help but "paw-nder" on their unique charm.
