Intikar is a Dwarf who lives here and keeps a daily journal, with a hearty and friendly nature that belies his age.

Firmly convinced that his humble records will one day become important history, he faithfully writes down everything from the day's weather and meals to the occasional monster sighting. He hopes to compile the entries into a book once he returns to Valencia City.
