Illezra and the Bound

Description

The Wandering Rogues are hostile and look absent-minded. They appear to be under the influence of some unknown force. There is a pretty well-supported theory that Illezra is the one pulling their strings, but nobody knows how she managed to control people or why she chose this place. Regarding such issues, all that exists are guesses and conjecture. At this point there is nothing that can be done to revert these people to normal. The only option is to stop them.
