How to Make Citron Cider

Description

Ingredients: Sugar, Essence of Liquor, Citron, Yeast

I. Remove the water from a well-washed citron and cut it in half.

II. Remove the seeds from the half citron and fill a bottle with it. (If you don't remove the seeds, it might taste sour.)

III. Add the sugar, essence of liquor, and some yeast.

IV. After one month, the delicious Citron Cider is complete.
