A long time ago, star-crossed lovers from Dalbeol Village promised to meet at the bridge on a night with heavy rainfall. But the man did not come past midnight, and the heartbroken woman threw herself from the bridge.
Now, they say a ghost appears on nights with heavy rainfall, and pushes people crossing the bridge down into the water.
