Francia is the Chief Librarian of O'draxxia Library, who manages all books that have been interpreted from the Crypt of Resting Thoughts and shares knowledge with the capital's Ahib. Francia always dwells on things, for without knowledge, she won't be prepared. Brooding over her past in Kamasylvia under her mother's protection, she sometimes goes out of O'dyllita with her face covered in a large headscarf.
