Empty Bird Cage

Description

In various places in Asparkan, there are empty bird cages, which are said to be the cages where carrier pigeons sent by Neruda Shen stay.

However, the number of birds returning is significantly lower than the number sent, leading to speculation that this may be the work of forces that hold Neruda Shen in check.
