Drying: Skilled

Description

Drying is a Processing method dictated by the weather.

It can only be done in the daytime when it is sunny. If you're lucky it will be sunny throughout the afternoon, but no one can predict the weather for certain. Sometimes rain can suddenly appear out of a clear blue sky. Skilled Drying ability will yield better results than Beginner Drying ability.
