Description

Back when Dorong was still living in the Sea Palace, he harbored a desire to go up to the surface, much like the esteemed Mister Turt.
When travel between the Sea Palace and the surface became commonplace, Dorong seized the opportunity to come up to the surface, and started selling fish.
