Celphie is a holy priest who cures those who directly absorb the power and become addicted to Quturan's curse. The cure she made is still a work-in-progress, but it halts Quturan's greed from spreading any further. But in return, parts of their body will turn into trees. For that reason, she is trying her best to develop a perfect cure with Delmira. She openly expresses her hatred towards Opencilla, who spread the cursed seeds in the capital and fled.
