Description

The elders of the Kalis Parliament secretly established the Northwestern Outpost in order to slay the monsters at Star's End and to extract the power of the Blackstar. It is said that high priest Lehard Motenon played a big role in this, which may be the reason why Elionian priests have a lot of authority at the Northwestern Outpost compared to the others.
