Blank Stares

Description

A group of bandits that used to wander Mediah now residing on the cliff by the Junaid River. Their skin is deeply dark and their eyes are glowing red, so much so that it is hard to believe that they are ordinary humans.

According to rumor, they call themselves the Wandering Rogues, and they are under the restraint of the Witch Illezra, who caused the Three Days of Darkness. It is unknown how Illezra restrains them.
