Bell Ringing from the City

Description

The bell tower, standing high on top of the Central Church of Elionism, tolls three times a day. Almost everyone in the city, regardless of their class, pauses and briefly prays when they hear the bell.

Citizens believe it relieves their inner souls and blesses their day.
