Balacs Altar Checkpoint

Description

After a big explosion occurred at the Sherekhan Iron Mine, a pass has become mandatory for anyone wishing to travel the Altar Road from Drieghan to the Mountain of Eternal Winter. However, it's very difficult to get a pass, so the Balacs Altar Checkpoint is crowded every day with hundreds of people clamoring to pass through. There are always arguments between angry merchants and soldiers as the checkpoint soldiers may be fired if they let people through without a pass.
