Edania Research Log - Entry 3

I approached a lava-like current flowing across the ground. It looked hot, yet somehow cold at the same time... strangely, indescribably beautiful.

The professor couldn't resist. He placed his hand into it. Soon, his hand was ruined beyond recognition. I laughed so hard I doubled over.

No... it wasn't the professor's hand. It was mine. My hands hurt. They hurt so much.
