Akum's rounded the mountains with his thumb but it still failed to rain, so the natives pleaded to Akum once again that their crops were dying because of the drought. Akum became furious and uprooted trees with his sighs,
and lifted Turpa Mountain with his thumb and threw it to the South.

Then, rain started to fall on Drieghan for a month, and the harvest of that year was bountiful.
