A Reminder Not to Forget

Description

Today, my Mermaid friend Terna turned to stone. Perhaps it was inevitable that she would attack us. After all, every Mermaid still under Orzeca's rule has done the same. Still, I never imagined that day would arrive so soon. I cannot stop the tears, though I know there was no preventing what happened. Today, I carve these words so I will never forget her:

"I will not forget you."
