Construction on Olvia Academy, the project my father has been pushing forward, is finally nearing completion. He started it because he wanted to give anyone eager to learn a chance, but...
My father is excited. I, on the other hand, have plenty to worry about. He is still an Adventurer, after all, and could leave at any time.
Come to think of it, he has always been like that, ever since I was little. He would promise to be home after a hundred sleeps, then make me count two hundred more. Back then, I pretended not to recognize him on purpose...
Sigh. In any case, I somehow ended up being appointed the academy's administrative director. I barely have enough time to manage the farm as it is, so I am worried about taking on even more work.
Still, leaving the academy entirely in my father's hands would worry me even more, so I accepted. Will I be able to handle it? Will many students come to the academy? I feel anxious, but excited too.
To prepare for welcoming the students, I have been reading my grandfather's adventure journal.
