Proof of ownership for a <Desert Wagon> at the Stable.
- Inventory: 19, Acceleration: 97%, Speed: 97%, Turn: 97%, Brake: 97%
It can be used after reaching Lv. 5.

※ Using a Wagon License
1. Press RMB on the item and navigate to the nearest Stable.
2. Talk to the Stable Keeper and select "Stable."
3. Select "Register Mount" and [RMB] the item.
4. Enter the wagon's name and press "Yes" to register.
5. Select the registered wagon and press "Take Out."
