Tidal Valtarra Eclipsed Belt
Description
A belt infused with the energy of the spirit Valtarra. It is fused with Shards of the Tearful Night and Shards of the Furious Night, which were both created when the moon rose over the night sky of an Elvia Realm consumed by Hadum. You feel the steadfast power of the waves from within.
It can be enhanced with a non-Tidal belt, but if enhancement fails, both will be lost.

Extract both the cup and unreformed accessory by using Mirror of Equilibrium at a blacksmith.
